Lovely and soft to the touch. It does stay warm for a long time. Easy to recharge. It is a bit bulky and heavy. I would still give it 5 stars for the peace of mind it brings, not having to worry about my elderly nan filling her hot water bottle with hot scalding water every night.

Excellent product it was bought for my elderly father who was constantly on at my mum to refill his normal bottle,now he can do it himself as he only has to plug it in to heat,so no risk of burning himself with hot water and he loves it,would recommend for elderly people especially.

Bought this electric hot water bottle for my elderly mother in law.We tried it out before giving it to her and it's really fantastic,heated up quickly and kept its heat for a few hours.I'm sure she'll be really pleased with it.No more worrying in case she gets scalded with boiling water.The product was very well packaged and arrived quickly.

bought this for an elderly relative who doesn't like a conventional bottle and doesn't have a microwave to heat the microwaveable hotties . Excellent product which heats up quickly and stays warm. It arrived quickly. Only downfall is that it is heavier than expected. but my relative accepted this because other than that the product is really good. She likes the pouch to pop her hands in. Overall she is satisfied.

I use hot water bottles a lot and my aunt recommended an electric one. This is very well made and easy to heat up by just plugging into the mains. It doesn't get quite as hot as I'd like but it does retain its heat for hours. Two downsides for me is that it's a bit heavy and you can feel the plastic 'heater box' inside, so not as comfortable as a conventional hotty. Nevertheless, overall I am pleased with it and will use it regularly.
Very impressed with the delivery, I was texted with an 'hour window' of delivery with the option of changing it if inconvenient.

This is an excellent water bottle.It may appear at first not to be hot enough, but rest assured it is. I am sure in my case the water being put in to my conventional hot water bottle was probably too hot, to be honest.
3 to 5 days was the expected delivery time. Mine arrived in 2 days.
The courier DPD were spot on with their tracking. "delivery between 13.00
and 14.00" it arrived at 13.30. All in all an excellent product and a first class
delivery service. Thanks to all concerned

I ordered two of these hot water bottles - one for me and one for my 87yr old mother as I did not want her to fill bottle with boiling hot water any more. However, before I could deliver hers, showed a friend and explained how it kept me warm all night watching TV and then reheated it to take to bed and how I did not need to put the heating on so they took the one intended for my mum! So have now ordered another as the delivery was excellent so don't feel too guilty about the delay in giving mum hers. I often have very cold hands and loved the pocket where you can put your hands. Brilliant product. Previously have used wheat bags in the microwave but they only stay hot for a limited period whereas this product stays hot for hours. Can highly recommend them.

Just about to purchase another one of these bottles have already purchased on of them was delighted with it but for some reason it is not getting as hot as it used to but that may be down to leaving it laying around while work was done on the house and got neglected so i am now going to order another one to replace it as i badly need heat in my right hand as i have major problems with cold and nerves that require heat so this bottle was great for it and am delighted to find it again.It is one of the best products i have had in a long time if taken care of i think you will not go wrong buying one for yourself.

After having major surgery, I needed to use heat treatment as a pain relief, I was however told not to lift a full kettle. For a few days we used a traditional hot water bottle. Then we found this electric hot water bottle. It has been amazing. It heats up in around 15 mins, It stays warm for around 7 hours. Even when it goes cold the bottle isn't cold to touch like a traditional hot water bottle, making it great at night no rolling over on to an ice cold water bottle in the middle of the night. Would recommend to anyone. The only negative comment is it is a little on the heavy side.

My old mum has used wheat bags, which are heated in a microwave oven, for some time to ease her aches and pains. Somehow she overheated one which produced clouds of white smoke, the fire brigade to attend and the need to replace the microwave because we couldn't get rid of the smell of smoke. Fortunately she survived - this time. There wasn't going to be a second time as the electric water bottle from Ray Grahams was delivered pronto and works a treat. Thank you. It can't overheat, is fully sealed, easy to use and stays pleasantly warm for hours. Mum's comfortable and I can sleep again at night.

I ordered two of these as my elderly father in law was staying and it would be preferable if he didn't handle boiling water. Ray Grahams delivery was made within a few days even though the order was placed over the Christmas holiday period which was quite impressive. We have found them to be a good purchase. They don't seem to feel quite as hot as a conventional bottle after the 15 minute charging period, at which point the connector automatically shuts off, but they do stay hot for a long time and there's no risk of scalding. I would highly recommend them.

I recently purchased the Deville rechargeable hot water bottle as I have arthritis and filling a traditional hot water bottle from the kettle is a very dodgy process for me. Ray Grahams sold it at the cheapest price and the delivery was within 5 days. The bottle recharges in about 12 minutes and the charging light goes off when it's 'done'. It heats to the perfect temperature for me and stays hot enough for hours. It has definitely made my life so much easier and safer! I found the service and delivery with Ray Grahams polite, quick and uncomplicated. I would recommend the Deville Hot Water Bottle and Ray Grahams to anybody - and I do :-)

Speedy delivery so thumbs up to Raygrahams 24hrs from purchase to the knock on the door, I noticed a few reviews stating that its not hot enough compared to a normal "hot water bottle" filled with boiling water at 100c so thought i would make a few notes.
Room temp was at 22c and after 2min intervals from plugging in it was shaken and the max surface temp was taken with a InfraRed Thermometer

6mins 39c
8mins 45c
10mins 53c
12mins 57c
13.24mins 60c device switched off, against bare skin 60c is bearable without having to wrap it in a towel to prevent scalding/burns like a normal kettle filled water bottle,
i retested the heating without shaking it after each 2mins and peak temps at one point of the bottle reached 65c before shut off, but after shaking for a few secs the average temp dropped to 58c
Personally its hot enough against bare skin to do the trick and a lot less hassle that boiling water filled bottles, I will definitely purchase a second one for the elderly parents 5* all round

This is the second time we have bought this product as the my daughter received one as a Christmas present and my wife was impressed so we ordered a second one.
The hot water bottle is excellent, heating quickly and retaining the heat for a long time.
The service we received was first class. There was a problem with the charger but this was replaced without any problem.
Would recommend both product and company.

Very quick service and did not charge delivery for each item as some do.
Have been using the electric bottle for a few weeks and must say it saves a lot of time.
It does last for about 6 hours and must be saving on electricity compared to boiling a kettle.
Glad I ordered it from Grahams.

I bought this bottle as a gift for my 97 year old aunt, as i am worried about her filling her water one from a kettle.
It arrived promtly, and works well,it bhas a thermostatic switch to switch it off when the heating is up nto tempreture
i will certainly use this seller again, they followed up with an email when they thought the item should have arrived, to check it had, and yes it had arrived promptly and intact, and well packed.
