This item is for use with a Mastic Gun.
Description:
A ready mixed blend of thermo-setting resins and inorganic fillers that cures when exposed to heat, resulting in a mortar which is resistant to temperatures up to 1250°C.
Fire cement is a buff coloured paste which has a consistency similar to putty.
Fire cement is asbestos-free
Uses:
Fire cement can be used for commercial and domestic applications and offers excellent adhesion on many surfaces that are exposed to high temperatures such as,
Continuous burning fires.
Setting tiles.
Jointing iron flue pipes.
Building and repairing fire backs.
Mending cracked and broken bricks in grates and stoves.
Pointing between metals and bricks.
