  Metabo HG 18 LTX 500 18V Cordless Heat Gun | 300/500°C | Bare Unit in metaBOX | 610502840

The Metabo HG 18 LTX 500 is a lightweight 18V cordless heat gun built for rapid thermal applications across electrical, plumbing, and automotive trades. It delivers fast heating on site without needing a mains cable, making it ideal for stripping varnish, bending plastic conduits, and shrinking heat-shrink tubing.

This heat gun heats up to 300°C in five seconds. It offers two selectable temperature stages at 300°C and 500°C, with airflow rates of 200 l/min and 160 l/min. Dual-stage switching lets operators adjust heat output directly during application to protect temperature-sensitive materials.

The compact tool weighs in at only 700 grams without a battery and features a slim, rubberised handle for comfortable handling. An integrated LED work light brightens dark working areas. It is fully compatible with all 18V CAS battery packs, providing over 20 minutes of continuous runtime on an 8.0Ah LiHD battery.

This bare unit model comes supplied with a wrap-around nozzle, a 9mm reducing nozzle, and a metaBOX 145 L carry case for safe transport and storage. It fits directly into existing Metabo or CAS 18V cordless setups for cable crimping, pipe shaping, and lacquer removal tasks.
