  The Metabo FMS 200 Intec is a compact 200W palm sander built for surface preparation and detailed finishing on timber, composite materials, and painted joinery. Its triangular base plate reaches directly into tight corners, flush edges, and narrow profiles where standard orbital sanders cannot fit. Operating on standard 230V mains power, this tool provides continuous operation for joiners, cabinet makers, and decorating contractors handling fine surface finishing on site or in the workshop.
  
  A robust 200W motor drives a 1.4mm orbit diameter at 26,000 orbital strokes per minute. This high-speed oscillating movement removes material cleanly without leaving visible swirl marks across delicate grain patterns. The 100 x 147mm triangular base plate uses a hook-and-loop pad system, allowing quick abrasive sheet changes between coarse stock removal and fine final smoothing. Dust protection features shield internal bearings against fine debris, extending motor service life during daily wood sanding applications.
  
  Weighing 1.25kg, the low-profile body fits comfortably inside the palm to give control during overhead or vertical sanding tasks. Non-slip rubber overmoulding across the grip dampens vibration, reducing user fatigue during extended sanding sessions. Integrated dust collection uses the Metabo Intec filter cassette, capturing fine airborne particles at source without requiring an attached vacuum hose. When heavy dust extraction is necessary, the rear port connects to standard extraction units.
  
  This 230V multi sander comes complete with an Intec dust filter cassette, one pleated filter element, and a heavy-duty plastic carry case.
