  The Metabo WP 2200-230 230mm angle grinder provides reliable heavy-duty cutting and grinding performance on commercial sites. Built for masonry, steel fabrication, and groundworks, this 9-inch grinder delivers the muscle needed for demanding site tasks. It suits fabrication workshops, general contractors, and civil engineers cutting reinforced concrete, engineering brick, or heavy steel section.
  
  A robust 2200W motor produces 13.5Nm of torque and drives 230mm discs at a no-load speed of 6,600 rpm. Under rated load, the motor maintains 4,500 rpm to prevent stalling during deep cuts into dense materials. The standard M14 spindle thread fits all 230mm cutting, grinding, and wire wheel accessories.
  
  Integrated safety controls include a deadman switch that cuts power instantly when released, alongside a Metabo safety switch to prevent unintentional starts. The auxiliary side handle mounts in three positions for balanced control during horizontal and vertical cuts. A slim 142mm handle circumference and a 4-metre mains cable ensure easy handling across scaffolding and site setups.
  
  The package includes a protective guard, inner support flange, two-hole nut, flat-pin spanner, and a three-position side handle. This corded grinder is built for cutting concrete kerbstones, slabbing, steel lintels, structural beam profiling, and heavy weld preparation, and it is available in 110V or 230V versions.
