  This is the Puzzi 10/1 from Kaercher, which is a spray extraction cleaner that is suitable for professional use in commercial applications including retail, hotel, office, restaurant and vehicle detailing environments. Buying this kit from Ray Grahams gives you everything you need to immediately get started, including detergent tablets.
  
  The 10/1 can be used with either liquid detergent, such as the RM 764N (5L) that we stock, or with tablets like the RM 760. You get two of these tablets included in the package, each of which cleans approximately 2 to 3 square metres of carpet. You can buy more of these tablets from us in boxes of 16 or tubs of 200.
  
  You get a large 240mm wide floor cleaning nozzle as well as the smaller upholstery nozzle which is more suitable for smaller items of furniture or car seats for example. The hose measures 2.5 metres in length, and is made up of both a suction hose and a spray hose, featuring quick-release ends.
  
  The machine has separate sections for clean water and dirty water, with the dirty water section being a removable bucket which can also be used to fill the clean water tank at a sink or tap. You can use water up to 50°C with the machine, improving the effectivity of the detergent and cleaning effect.
  
  The clean water tank has a special design to prevent splashes and spillages. So if you're left with excess clean water at the end of the job, you can just vacuum it out with the hose, then empty to dirty water tank. The floor cleaning nozzle supplied with this is the upgraded version, with the improved suction head that allows a good vacuum seal at any angle - great for cleaning carpet under furniture.
