  Kärcher High Pressure Steam Washer | 1.169-904.0

  
  This powerful machine from Kaercher runs from mains electricity to power the pressure washer side of things, and diesel or other fuel-oil to heat the water. There is a large control on the front of the machine that lets you control the temperature of the water. The first position simply turns the machine on in cold water mode, without igniting the burner. The temperature can go all the way up to 155ºC, leaving the end of the nozzle as a pressurised steam. You'll notice on the dial a blue section, which is the eco!efficiency mode - this is the sweet-spot for the HDS 6/12 C to allow best fuel efficiency with improved cleaning performance.
  
  This professional machine needs maintenance in order to maintain a long-life, and the experts at Kärcher have built in an automatic system to allow it to take care of itself, depending on the hardness of the water. You simply install a bottle of RM 110 in hard water areas or RM 111 in soft water areas, and the product prevents calcification or black water formation respectively.
  
  To aid in cleaning performance, you can use a detergent product from Kärcher in the large onboard tank. These products, such as RM 750 PressurePro Intensive Deep Cleaner, can be poured directly into the machine via the easy pour cap. You can then adjust the amount of product added to the pressure stream via the smaller dial underneath the temperature selector.
