The hedge trimmer has a 500mm long blade and also comes with a guard for safe storage and transportation. There is a large loop auxiliary handle which is designed so that you can hold the trimmer at a 90 degree angle in either direction while still having a good grip. This auxiliary handle also includes the safety switch which must be pressed at the same time as the main trigger.
