    Makita Pole Hedge Trimmer | 60cm | 40Vmax XGT | UN001G


    This 600mm hedge trimmer from Makita is on the end of a long pole with a hinged section that not only allows folded storage, but also gives you the ability to get the perfect angle for trimming. The blade can be angled 45 degrees up or 70 degrees down in operation.

    The UN001G takes a single 40Vmax XGT Lithium-ion battery pack, which drives the blade via three selectable speeds of up to 2,000 / 3,000 / 4,000 strokes per minute. There is also a reverse mode which can run temporarily to free-up stuck material from the blades.

    This pole hedge trimmer is a professional grade machine, and is supplied with a shoulder strap to allow longer periods of usage. To maintain a long blade life you can use it with a grease gun thanks to the included grease fitting. If you don't already have a grease gun, you can instead squeeze grease in via the removable screw.
