This wet and dry vacuum from Metabo is powered by 2 x 18V batteries (not included) making it especially handy for those working in locations where there is no working electric such as on site. It's cordless design makes it easy to transport from room to room as there's no need to unplug from wall sockets, simply connect two 18V batteries and you're good to go.
The AS-18 L 20 PC is an L-Class EU certified dust extractor meaning it is suitable for commercial use and it's capable of collecting up to 20L of liquids or dust from wall chasers, table saws, core drills, planers and other tools that create large amounts of dust. When collecting liquid you'll be reminded that the storage container is full by the machine automatically powering off to prevent unwanted leaks and spills.
If you're not demanding the full power of the vacuum, place it into Eco-mode using the on board button and the vacuum with reduce it's power output that then increases your runtime so you can get more work done between charges.
Equipped with Metabo's PressClean (PC) technology, at the push of a button the vacuum will manually clean the filter using strong airflow during breaks to ensure maximal performance when in use.
It's also supplied with a range of accessories that can be stored on board the extractor so they're easily available and never unlocatable, including a 3.2m hose that is anti-static to prevent shocks when cutting or grinding.
