  DeWalt Self-Propelled 36V (2x 18V) 530mm Lawnmower | DCMWSP156 Bare Unit

  
  This lawn mower, while sold normally without batteries, uses two common 18V XR batteries in series to deliver 36 Volts to the motor for the increased torque required for a lawnmower blade. The blade in this machine is a double blade (or four toothed), allowing for better cutting performance as well as improved battery runtime. 
  
  The onboard control panel on the machine gives you a handy readout of the status of the battery, motor loading, overheat status, handle fold status, and blade sharpness. The on off switch is on this panel, as well as a wheel which sets the speed of the self propelling motor. To run the machine you pull the forward lever towards you, and to activate the propulsion you press on the grey paddles.
  
  The deck of the DCMWSP156 is 530mm wide allowing for excellent coverage on each pass. You can easily change the height of the deck with a single control, keeping all the wheels at the same height to each other and allowing adjustments to be much quicker. When the job is done and you want to put the mower away in the shed or van, the handle folds completely flat at the push of a button, no need to unscrew anything.
