Trend Concealed Screw Decking Jig | DK/JIG

For a much cleaner decking installation, you can drive the decking screws at an angle of 40 degrees from vertical into the corners of the decking boards. Not only does this give the cleaner look, but it also gives a stronger hold between the board and the joists. This system is designed to be used with the screws DK/10X60/750, also available from Ray Grahams. These specially designed screws have a self-drilling point on each, eliminating the need to pilot drill and reducing the chances of splitting. They have a Robertson Square No.1 recess to mate with the screwdriver bit included in the DK/JIG set. Each screw is made from solid steel which is coated in ceramic to prevent corrosion. There are shims included in the kit that allow you to reliably set the spacing between the boards to 3.5, 4.5 or 5.5mm. See the below video from the manufacturer for a demonstration of the features of the DK/JIG.

    Features:
    • Suitable for boards between 90mm and 150mm wide.
    • Clamping arm can quick-release.
    • Aesthetically pleasing hidden screws.
    • Repeatable board spacing 3.5, 4.5 or 5.5mm.
