  New for 2023, this gas barbecue from Sahara BBQs has a fantastic viewing window to check on your food without lifting the lid. Cooking times can be extended by up to 50 percent due to operators lifting the lid. Each time you lift the lid you can lose around 30 degrees of temperature. This can be avoided completely by checking on the food through the viewing window. The S375 BBQ is suitable for cooking for up to 7-9 people based on the size of the cooking area. Also included with this is a side gas burner which is ideal for making glazes, sides, sauces, gravy and more. When not in use, the barbecue can be wheeled out of the way thanks to the sturdy rubber coated wheels, and the left side table can be folded down.
