Sahara S350 3 Burner Gas Barbeque With Searing Burner
This premium barbecue from Sahara is a statement of style for your garden or patio. It uses a gas bottle for fuel and includes a hose and regulator to allow you to get up and running as quickly as possible. The BBQ is compatible with the Sahara Grill Insert System, allowing you to swap the included grill plate out for optional extra accessories like a griddle pan, poultry roaster or pizza stone.
This model also features a searing plate made from cast iron with its own dedicated burner. This would be perfect for steaks to brown them before finishing them off in the main part of the barbecue. The heavy searing plate has griddle-style ribbing on one side and is flat on the other, depending on your preferred cooking style.
The hood has a large viewing window that allows you to quickly and easily check on the progress of the food without opening the lid and losing much of the heat. To each side of the BBQ are two preparation shelves made from bamboo. These can easily lift away to be used as serving trays, tables, chopping boards and more, and to allow you to more easily clean them. With the shelves removed, you can fold down the side shelf supports, which means that a medium sized Sahara BBQ Cover will fit neatly.
