  DeWalt Single-Battery FlexVolt Mitre Saw | 305mm (12") | DCS781 with 2x 9.0Ah Batteries

  
  Supplied with two FlexVolt 9.0 Amp-hour capacity batteries, but only requiring one to operate, this high performance saw is capable of excellent cutting sizes. The saw cam mitre up to 50 degrees left or 60 degrees right, and can bevel cut up to 49 degrees left or right. When in the 90 degree position, you can cross cut material up to 310mm wide (by 90mm). Alternatively you can cut material as high as 112mm (by 278mm). The size, capabilities and power of this saw allow it to be used on professional jobsite for any construction application where regular cuts of large dimension timber are required. It is also suitable for more precise work thanks to the high accuracy machined surfaces of the mitre saw table and fences.

  Product:  DeWalt DCS781X2 54V FlexVolt Single-Battery 12" Mitre Saw with 2 x 9.0Ah Batteries

  Was wondering whether the fact this chop saw takes only one battery instead of two would there be noticeable difference when it came to power and run time but there’s not. The fact that the saw discharges power back to the battery  after each cycle is a very good feature and does make a noticeable difference.
