    Sahara BBQ Smoker Chips


    Available in various aromas, these smoker chips are shredded into the perfect size to fit into any smoker box or pouch. The various aromas not only add the smoky BBQ flavour to your food, but also something more unique such as beef & lamb, apple & rum, or poultry & pork. These chips can be soaked in water to slow down the length of time it takes for them to become consumed. Another way to increase the length of time the chips will last is to reduce their oxygen supply. You can do this by combining them with a smoker box, which is an enclosed space with limited ventilation, starving the chips of oxygen and encouraging them to produce more smoke.
