  Sahara Barbecue Smoker Box

  
  This smoker box from Sahara provides a place for your wood chippings. Adding wood chippings to a barbecue, gas or charcoal, allows you to get a great smoky flavour with your meat. Several different flavours of wood chips are available including Beef & Lamb, Apple & Rum and Poultry & Pork. If you want to reduce the risk of the box catching fire and using up the chippings too quickly, you can also soak the wood chippings right in the box for 30-60 minutes before use. Smoker boxes reduce the amount of oxygen available to the wood chippings, which helps to produce more smoke and reduces the burning.
