  These are an excellent idea to protect the wall around your light switch or single sockets. To install, you simply remove the light switch from the wall and slip this over the top of the switch, without any need to disconnect the wires to the switch! They would be perfect for rental properties to reduce general wear and repainting requirements. They are clear plastic, meaning you don't have to get the perfect white to match your white walls, or can be used with different coloured walls easily.
