  This blower is supplied without batteries or charger - ideal for owners of other XR power tools.
  
  A high performance blower that delivers high speed airflow and uses an axial fan. The axial fan is highly efficient and quieter when compared with a centrifugal fan. The DCMBL562 comes with a removable aerospike attachment which concentrates the airflow for a higher speed up to 125 mph. The blower has a cruise-control style switch that allows you to set a specific speed for consistent results. The components of the machine are arranged in such a way that when a battery is attached, it is very well balanced for optimal user comfort and minimal fatigue. The fan is driven by a brushless DC type motor that has been proven to extend battery lifetime while also requiring less maintenance than traditional brushed motors.
