Product:  Unibond Bathroom Anti Mould Re-New Sealant White 100ml

If you hate the thought of stripping all the sealant from your bathroom or around the home to start again because of a patch of mould or discolouring this product might be for you.
I trialled this for Uni-Bond so I could give an honest account of its suitability and usability for the task.
The design of the bottle means it is much easier to apply than standard sealant. My partner said it was almost like drawing with a marker pen once he'd got used to the flow and it didn't "blob" like traditional sealant guns so he didn't have to wipe excess sealant away.
With this product you can leave the intact original sealant where it is and just apply over it. It bonds well to the original, ours was a clear sealant that we had used alongside a bath strip and it has stuck well.
Where it went over the bath strip in error my partner was able to wipe the product off it easily, without leaving smudges or smears of product.
I noticed that there wasn't a smell at all in the bathroom and my partner confirmed there was no smell when applying either. This was a good point for me as a sufferer with Asthma these products tend to make me wheezy, but this had no effect at all.
I haven't really seen a bad point to the product, only time will tell as to how successful it is at controlling the mould and preventing it's return.
The pack states it has just enough for 5-7 meters, which would be a bath, sink and shower as long as you don't waste too much practising.
It does have to be used within a month, so if you are buying this make sure to do all your jobs together.
The only thing you may have to purchase and use before this is a mould killer spray (we already had a bottle) this would be just to ensure any loose mould is removed and then dry before applying the re-new on top.
