  Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer-Sealer Stain Killer White

  
  The Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a classic universal interior and exterior, water-based, primer-sealer that offers a low odour application, quick drying convenience and excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces. The Bulls Eye formula effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces. The ‘bond coat’ primer is great for hard-to-stick surfaces, offering excellent adhesion without sanding. When Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is applied to clean ferous metals such as iron and steel, it forms a rust preventing barrier helping to stop rust formation.
