    Z-led Lightweight Aluminium Replacement Flashing 17.75 Inch x 16 Feet


    A new and innovative product from Z-led is a 5 metre roll of light weight environmentally friendly flashing. AluFlash is an aluminium based weathering flashing material. It comprises solvent lacquer coated embossed aluminium sheet material to BS EN 1396:2007 Aluminium and aluminium alloys. It comes as a coil coated sheet and strip for general applications. Specifications with a self adhesive butyl backing allows for adhesion to roof coverings or masonary. 

    Features:
    • Lightweight, easy and safe to handle.
    • Minimum 30 year design life.
    • Non-toxic. No potential hazards for installer and no contamination of run-off water.
    • Environmentally friendly. Suitable for rain water harvesting systems.
    • 6% the weight of code 4 lead, providing health and safety benefits for installers.
    • Easy to form over a range of roof profiles without the need for specialist skills or tools.
    • Highly durable surface finish, which does not oxidise, stain or require patination oil.
    • Independently certified.
