DeWalt Multi Tool Blades For Every Job

DeWalt have an impressive range of Multi Tool blades that can be used on a wide range of manufactures machines thanks to the open connector design. But are you using the right multi tool blade for the task at hand?

Wood Cutting Blades:

DeWalts range features a great selection of wood cutting blades for all different applications. The blades start as small as 10mm for small cutting applications and go all the way up to 235mm semi circles for larger, quick cuts.

Within the wood cutting range, DeWalt have carefully designed blades that are suitable for cutting wood with nails. If you were to do this with a normal blade it would become blunt very quickly. Some of the blades have also been given a titanium coating for an longer working life.

Metal Cutting Blades:

Unlike the wood cutting blades the metal blades have to be a lot stronger allowing you to perform cut after cut into metals. The DeWalt titanium tipped blades are recommended to cut both soft and hard metal thanks to their 18 teeth per inch cutting edge.

The titanium tips have been designed to give enhanced cutting performance whilst preserving the blades sharpness. The blades work best when cutting thin sheet metal and pipes but can cut larger pieces if required.

Scraper Blades:

The DeWalt scraper blades may not be one of the most commonly used blades but they are very useful for a wide range of tasks such as removing old paint from walls, adhesive residue as well as carpet and tile adhesive.

The blades metal construction ensures an extra long working life while the flat bottom sits flush on the surface ensuring no damage is caused to the under materrials. The blade can be used with nearly all mutli tools.
