How do I register my tools for the DeWalt 3-year warranty?
Registering your product for the extended warranty is a very straight forward process. Simply head over to your MyDeWalt account (if you don’t have an account, you’ll have to easily create one) and add the product to your virtual tool box filling in the required information that can mostly be found on the tool itself.
What information is required for the DeWalt extended warranty registration?
- User’s contact details
- Tool catalogue number
- Serial number
- Date code
Register your tool at:
dewalt.co.uk/my-dewalt/register-tool.
Remember that each tool has its own serial number so if you purchase a DeWalt kit then each tool will need to be registered individually.
How do I make a DeWalt warranty claim?
To make a claim get in contact with your seller or directly with DeWalt who will provide you with the details of your closest authorised DeWalt repair agent.
Alternatively, you can find your nearest authorised repair agent at:

The authorised repair agent will arrange to either uplift your tool or have you post it out to them where they will then assess your tool and update you on your repair.
It’s important to remember that this is a manufacturer’s guarantee that is subject to their discretion and their terms and conditions that can change at any time. Read DeWalt’s t’s & c’s here.
