Adding A Product To Your Online Basket
Simply select the green 'Add To Basket' button under the product title to add a product to the basket.
Please note: For products with applicable variants (i.e voltage, size colour) you will need to select an option prior to adding to the basket.
Once a product is added to the basket you will be automatically directed to the online checkout / basket.
Please note: items are saved in your basket for your browsing duration or indefinitely if you are logged into your account. If you wish to add more items to your basket and continue shopping simply click the Ray Grahams logo at the top of the page or use the search bar.
Review your items and select 1 of the 3 easy payment gateways to checkout and complete your purchase.
Checking out with Sage Pay
Once you click the Checkout with Sagepay button you will be prompted to enter billing and shipping addresses. Select from previously saved addresses quickly and efficiently or manually enter a new address. If you have an account any previous addresses will be securely stored online for ease of use.
Follow the steps outlined below and then select 'order and pay now' button.
On the Order Summary page you will be able review the final details of your order including the 'Basket Breakdown', plus a final look at the Billing and Shipping Address' to make sure they are correct. Once you have confirmed all of the information is correct simply click on the 'Order & Pay Now' button which will take you to the payment screen.
Once you click 'Order & Pay Now' Sagepay will redirect you to their own secure site. Simply select the Payment method of choice. You will then be prompted to enter the appropriate card details. Once complete you will be returned to our site where you will be brought to your order confirmation page.
Checking out with PayPal
PayPal is ideal for a fast, simple and secure way to pay online. If you already have setup a PayPal account you can complete the transaction in a few clicks, if not you will have to go through the process of registering an account. Once you click 'Checkout with PayPal' you will be faced with a screen like the image below.
If you have already created a PayPal account all you will have to do is sign in on the page above and it will take you to the payment review screen, if you don't have a PayPal account it will give you the option to check out as guest without making an account. Select the payment option of your choice and fill out the information required, this will take you to the confirmation screen where you will be able to review your order and make changes if necessary.
