For online orders that total over £99 the delivery charge will be free*.
For online orders under £99 the delivery charge will be £5.99 for the UK and £7.98 for Ireland.
Depending on the goods ordered, highlands and islands may incur an additional delivery charge, which is non-refundable in the event of a returned order.
We are currently only shipping orders to the UK and Ireland.
With over 50,000 products online we endeavour to supply all of them at top rate delivery prices, *however due to the nature of some products (e.g. size, weight or contents) we cannot deliver at the standard delivery charge. In this case, we will try our best to work out a fair delivery price and contact you (if necessary) for the additional charge. If you have any concerns on this subject or would like to receive a quote for delivery on a certain product you can contact us.
We currently use Royal Mail and DPD Interlink to deliver all our parcels. They supply full tracking information which can be found on their websites, if you know your tracking number. If you don't have a tracking number please contact us and we will supply one.

We use a 48-hour delivery service, however, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us. Occasionally complications may arise such as adverse weather conditions, etc. so If your order hasn't arrived after 5 working days and we haven't contacted you to say otherwise please contact us so we can help you track your order.
All orders placed on www.raygrahams.com will usually be dispatched within 1 working day. Some items may not be in stock or may be held in another warehouse, if this is the case you will be notified personally with an estimated delivery time.
We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries via 'Virtual Addresses' such as Parcel Motel, Collect+, Amazon Lockers, etc. Any losses are entirely at your own risk. For example, if a package arrives damaged, you will be unable to get a refund. We cannot guarantee the number of packages in a single consignment, or that they will all be delivered together.
