Second ashpan bought from here ... these are thicker grade steel than my old ashpan ... bought as a spare so that I can leave the full one to cool down but still have a fire using the 'spare' ... (also bought metal dustbin for the cooling full pan to prevent it rusting in the rain while it cools down).

Perfect ashpan, exactly as stated, great build-quality. My Dad (for whom I bought this) says that it was packed for shipping as though it was the crown jewels! Really good service, highly recommended :s)

My old ashpan was almost completely rusted away, the replacement from Ray Grahams is a perfect fit, very well made and arrived very promptly. My fire now burns and draws much better.

Had initial problem as item not available as expected however information of the delay this would cause was conveyed immediately and the revised date given was adhered to and the ashpan was received as stated. Good quality item and worth waiting for. Communication with firm good and appreciated.

Ordered over new year holiday arrived two days later exactly as shown and required at around half the price quoted locally. An excellent service that did exactly what it said it would. Based on this experience I would anything that I need sold by this company. Brilliant!

Great company to deal with. No problems or issues. Product looks perfect, although not yet tested. Delivery was a 3 - 5 day rate; would have preferred a quicker delivery service for the same price, but that's a personal opinion, not a criticism.

Arrived in jig-time even although you had taken the time to telephone and warn me that it could be delayed due to the weather conditions in Scotland. Thanks Scott. It was in service as soon as it arrived and has been since then. No problems and I don't anticipate any. Thanks again and be assured I will be using Ray Grahams in the future.
