Although Ray Grahams is based in Ireland the delivery was excellent and received the product within 2 working days Fitting the Watchman to replace a non working watchman niveau with the Hole being the same, it was very straightforward to fit after doing the match up with the plug. It worked straight away so very pleased only time will tell !

I have just purchased a new Watchman as the last one failed although less than 4 years old. One day it stopped working, I thought the battery was dead. When I opened the transmitter to replace the battery I found it was full of water. Although I allowed it to dry out, and fitted a new battery it still did not work, hence the new purchase. I hope this one lasts longer,

Your swift replies and delivery are much appreciated. Sadly, for me, neither you nor the maker were able to help much with my somewhat anxious queries about removing the original Watchman Plus. The makers said 'extremely easy' but my concern was how to extract the Plus which was connected to a wire from within the tank casing which did not permit the withdrawal of the the long black tube. In the end I found a push on connector in the wire and as a precaution I attached a cord to allow its recovery if things went wrong. Once disconnected the Plus came out easily enough and that 'tube' turned out to be four feet long! The installation then went smoothly and everything works perfectly.
Your service was otherwise excellent, my only grumble is with the makers whose instructions made no mention at all of the wire and tube which I encountered. The company now tell me they have passed my comments to the 'engineers'.

The monitor arrived within a couple of days of me ordering it, and proved to be incredibly easy to fit. The installation instructions are very clear. My only comment is that the bar graph display is slightly more difficult to read than the numerical display on my previous Watchman monitor. But that is a very minor niggle.

Excellent service from Ray Graham. However the unit is not a direct replacement for the Niveau in all circumstances. The neveau fitted to my Titan tank worked well for nine years but as there was no flat horizontal surface on the tank it had been installed at an angle to the vertical of about 25 degrees. The new model will only work if installed vertically as described in the instructions supplied. To overcome this problem I cut a circular disc of wood the same diameter as the unit's base and then tapered this from approximately zero to two centimetres effectively making a flat horizontal service when attached to the tank. Having drilled the wooden base I fitted the new watchman. It would be helpful if a selection of base adapters were offered by watchman.

we have had a watchman since 2003 when the new oil tank was fitted the previous battery has just run out, So we had to decide weather to buy a new cooper tube at £30+ or the new watchman which uses a flat battery. I bought this Watchman Ultrasonic oil level monitor to replace a standard Watchman which, I understand, is no longer in production. Fitting was easy and the instructions were clear. The monitor works fine and I no longer have to worry about the oil level. If you are in an area where oil theft is a problem you should think about the Watchman with alarm.

Prompt & efficient ordering and delivery. The only snag encountered was that my old tank had an existing hole but this needed widening to 32mm per fitting instructions. All in all though a quick and easy fitment using clear instructions supplied. Currently working exactly as envisaged and there is a strong enough wireless signal to reach the receiver in my kitchen despite walls etc. Overall & to date am very pleased with the purchase and service provided by Grahams.

i am very pleased so far .the watchman installed very easy &quickly it transmits a strong signal through thick walls (3ft) compared to the older model which was hit & miss but i have not yet checked accuracy

Excellent delivery service. Assembled and working in a few minutes. Was a replacement for an old Watchman which we had installed for the past 2 years. Very happy, so far, with the new one. This Watchman unit was a replacement for the previous, earlier, Watchman level which came with the new oil tank and which stopped working. I replaced the batteries but still non functional hence purchase of new unit from yourselves. Installation and initial set-up was easy and unit is functioning OK. Level display is an improvement on the previous unit and I note replacement of new unit batteries is easier than for the previous unit.

After searching the internet for this product at THE LOWEST PRICE I came upon this web site and could not believe my eyes. The price was £10.00 under any of the rest even with vat AND postage.
I sent away for one and fitted it in next to no time. We decided to buy one for our daughters tank in case they all sold out. That to arrived within the week but have yet to fit it.
A very good product, fast delivery AND THE BEST PRICED ON THE WEB/UK

The Watchman Sonic arrived, within 2 minutes it was paired to the the receiver, in 3 minutes from opening packet I had the height keyed into the DIP switches, and then within 5minutes I had removed my old watchman monitor from the tank and this fitted exactly in the same hole and screw fixings. I must admit you might think it a bit daunting when seeing the pack for the first time but follow instructions and you are away in more than 10 minutes. One item I would raise, when matching the unit to the receiver there is a black dot and a small black tube, ensue you put the dot on the unit next to the dot on the receiver and it is seconds to pair it. I would highly recommend this product it has been working superbly since fitting it.

The Watchman Sonic Oil Level Monitor is a breeze to fit and calibrate,fitting should take less than tn minutes. The enclosed instructions are very clear so that even a (i dont do instructions) person like me ,can follow them. Dealing online with Ray Grahams is very easy and the card payment section is both simple and secure, delivery is very quick,and above all trustworthy.
