The Metabo WB 18 LTX BL 15-125 Quick Cordless Angle Grinder is designed for metal fabricators, welders, mechanics, construction workers and maintenance technicians carrying out cutting, grinding and metal finishing work. Its powerful brushless motor delivers performance comparable to a 1,500W mains-powered angle grinder, providing professional cutting and grinding capability without the restriction of a power cable.
Running on Metabo's 18V battery platform, the grinder accepts 125mm discs and delivers a no-load speed of 10,000rpm, with a maximum cutting depth of 33mm. The service-free brushless motor provides efficient power delivery, while the M-Quick system allows discs to be changed quickly without additional tools. The tool-free adjustable guard can be securely positioned to suit different cutting and grinding applications.
Safety is a key consideration, with a fast braking system stopping the disc within 1.5 seconds after switching off. Metabo's S-automatic mechanical safety clutch minimises kickback if the disc unexpectedly jams, while electronic overload protection, soft start and restart protection provide additional control. The battery pack can be rotated in 90-degree increments to improve handling in different working positions, and a detachable dust protection filter helps protect the motor from coarse particles.
Supplied with a protective guard, inner support flange, M-Quick flange nut, Metabo VibraTech (MVT) side handle, dust protection filter and metaBOX 165 L storage case. Compatible with all 18V battery packs and chargers from CAS partner brands.
