The Metabo MT 18 LTX Cordless Multi-Tool is designed for versatile cutting, sanding and scraping during interior fitting, renovation and maintenance work. It is well suited to joiners, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, kitchen fitters and flooring installers who need to trim materials, remove old sealant or adhesive, and work in confined areas where larger tools are difficult to use.
Powered by an 18V battery, the multi-tool has a variable no-load oscillation rate of 7,000–18,000 rpm and a 1.6° oscillation angle to the left and right. The Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) electronics maintain a near-constant speed under load, while the adjustment wheel allows the oscillation rate to be matched to the material and task. Its slim body and non-slip grip support controlled handling during detailed work.
Metabo Quick enables fast, tool-free accessory changes, helping reduce downtime when switching between cutting, sanding and scraping. The tool holder is compatible with OIS, Starlock and other suitable accessories. An integrated LED light improves visibility in dim working areas, while the included dust extraction adapter allows connection to a suitable vacuum cleaner when sanding.
Part of the CAS (Cordless Alliance System), this multi-tool is compatible with 18V battery packs from Metabo and other participating CAS brands. It is supplied in a metaBOX 145 L storage case with a 32 mm HCS plunge-cut saw blade for wood, a 93 mm triangular hook-and-loop sanding plate, five P80 sanding sheets, five P120 sanding sheets and a dust extraction adapter.
