The Makita LH001GZ is a versatile 40Vmax XGT cordless table top mitre saw designed for professional carpenters, joiners, furniture makers and installation contractors. Combining a mitre saw and table saw in one machine, it provides the flexibility to carry out crosscuts, mitre cuts, bevel cuts and ripping operations without needing two separate saws.
Powered by a brushless motor and featuring a 260mm saw blade, the LH001G delivers a no-load speed of 4,300rpm for efficient timber cutting. In mitre saw mode, it offers a maximum cutting capacity of 69 x 130mm at 90°, with a table saw cutting height of up to 40mm. The mitre angle adjusts to 45° left and 52° right, while bevel cutting is available up to 45° to the left.
For accurate cutting, the integrated LED light projects a shadow of the blade onto the workpiece to indicate the cutting line. The rip fence is secured at both ends to help maintain alignment, while the positive mitre stops make it easier to set frequently used angles. Constant speed control helps maintain cutting performance under load and soft start provides smoother start-ups.
The Auto-start Wireless System (AWS) uses Bluetooth to connect the saw to compatible Makita dust extractors, allowing automatic dust extraction during operation. Supplied with a TCT saw blade, vertical vice assembly, dust bag, extension wing, set plate, hex wrench and rip fence assembly.
