  The M12-SI from Milwaukee is a 12V sub compact soldering iron designed for technicians and electricians to seamlessly join connections and fix broken wires.
  
  Operating under Milwaukee's M12 platform, this soldering iron is powered by any M12™ battery for cordless use and maintains its compact build for using in tight spaces such as in junction boxes, in wheel wells and around engines bays.
  
  With a quick heat-up time, the M12 SI is ready to use in under 30 seconds which is indicated by a solid green light. The LED light also flashes green to indicate heating up and is solid red when the tool is off but the point is still warm, preventing burns. Supplied with a pointed tip and chisel tip, you can use best shaped tip for each application and change the tip as and when you need, without tools.
  
  It has three locking head positions (0°, 45° and 90 °) so you can tailor this cordless soldering iron to fit around each application, maintaining a clear field of sight and helping you deliver a optimal soldering finish. For further clear visibility, it also has a bright front LED light that illuminates your workspace.
