    Bosch PRO Auger Bit | 10mm Diameter | 170mm Working Length | 235mm Overall Length | 1/4" Hex


    This bit is suitable for anything that will take a 1/4" hexagon shank bit, including impact drivers and combi drills. It will drill a 10mm diameter hole in timber with ease, thanks in part to the screw thread at the tip, which helps to pull the bit into the wood, reducing the amount of force you need to apply to the drill. The working length of the bit is 170mm, but as the shank tapers down to about 7mm between the working part and the shank, you can probably drill through material with thickness somewhere between 170mm and 235mm.
