  Tile Rite 150pc + 50pc Big Spin Hurricane Starter Kit

  
  This kit includes 150 spacer bases (grey) plus 50 spacer caps (blue). They are designed for use with tiles between 3 and 15mm in thickness, and they provide a 2mm grout line. The advantage of these over traditional levelling spacers is that they don't require a setting tool to use. You simply twist the blue part by hand, which provides enough torque to do the levelling work. They work in much the same way as the wedge spacers, by tightening the top and bottom pieces together, they perfectly align. Once the tile adhesive has set, the easiest way to break the bases is to kick the assembled combination. Alternatively (and for wall tiles), you can use a rubber mallet to knock them off. Retrieve your blue caps and reuse those.
