  DeWalt Cordless 18V 1/2" Ratchet Wrench | DCF512 Bare Unit

  
  Designed with speed and convenience in mind in the garage, the DCF512 (and the other new ratchet wrenches from DeWalt) gives you a long and slender tool, similarly shaped to a hand ratchet. It is much more capable than an impact wrench and can deliver enough torque for many fasteners in an engine bay. The DCF512 has a 1/2" square drive socket holder, and is made to be intuitive to use with the same direction reversing mechanism as the hand tool.
  
  This ratchet wrench is powered by a single 18 Volt XR Lithium-ion battery, but is not supplied with one in order to keep the cost lower for those who already own batteries. The small profile of the battery holder would be ideal for the likes of a 2.0Ah battery or the 1.7Ah PowerStack battery pack.
