  This premium barbecue from Sahara BBQs that features four burners plus a separate hob that is ideal for making sauces and sides in a saucepan for example. The hob is on the right hand table, and the left hand table is a great place to prepare sides and plate up cooked food. The Performer is another barbecue from Sahara that is compatible with their versatile Grill Insert System, allowing you to use inserts like the pizza stone or griddle pan.
  
  The Performer is designed to be a full kitchen, minus the kitchen sink! With features like the bottle opener, preparation surfaces, thermometer, warming rack and side hob. There is also battery powered LED lights that illuminates the dials for a stylish touch.
