    The new Extreme Double life metal drill bits, these double action long life metal drill bits have been developed by Dewalt for to provide a maximum drilling performance, offering up to 4 x faster drilling performance and double the working life span than standard HSS drill bits. The drill bits feature intuitive permanent size marking above the bits shank, providing visual clarity while allowing for efficient bit changes. Specially engineered metal tips grip instantly once drilling has started eliminating bit slippage and dramatically increasing drilling accuracy. The bits finish with burr free holes thanks to recessed cutting wings whilst and innovative tapered web design prevents breakages. A non-slip shank with 3 flats provides optimum accuracy and cutting performance. Finished in a gold oxide coat to reduce heat and friction produces, these metal drill bits are long lasting, heavy duty and durable.
