This pack of plant savers have been formulated and designed to stop you worrying about your plants when away on holiday. Each holiday plant savers pouch includes a sachet containing an organic thickening agent. When water is added the gel turns to which is then slowly absorbed by your plants, therefore keeping them watered for at least 2 weeks. This medium plant saver will be suited to plant pots 10-15cm top diameter.
