Bosch High Speed Steel 11.5 mm x 142mm Ground Bit Loose
The precision-ground HSS-G drill bit, manufactured to DIN 338/340, enables up to 40% faster drilling rate and up to 50% lower feed pressure than standard-ground HSS drill bits with a chisel edge. The self-centring properties of the split point drill tip means there is no need to pre-punch or pilot drill up to 10 mm diameter. It is suitable for drilling in alloyed and unalloyed steel up to a tensile strength of 900 N/mm2, cast steel, cast iron, sintered iron, malleable cast iron, non-ferrous metals and hard plastics.
