  Exitex Gold Letter Plate With Spring Flap and Draught Excluder

  
  This letterflap has been designed for horizontal letterboxes. It has a spring closing aluminium flap and a PVC backing plate which has been fitted with bristles to stop a draught come through the door.

  Product:  Exitex Letterseal Gold Spring Flap And Draught Excluding Brush

  I had to replace the letter flap on my door as the clever old postman broke it trying to shove a package through. This appears identical to the one on my door, which was a replacement door with all the number and furniture pre fitted. I had to hope that this one would be the same as fitted, but sadly the broken one was a complete unit, front, back and through sleeve. This is only a front flap. I had to retrieve the connecting bolts from the old one, and widen the holes on the new one, but after only a few minutes, the flap was on and looking good. I'm very happy, and hope the postman is not such a gorilla next time.
