Our bag of logs include a mix of high quality softwoods like fir and cedar wood which has been naturally felled. The logs have under gone a specialist kiln drying treatment that draws any excess moisture out of them in order to provide better heat capacity while being easier to light.
  
  Best suited to open fires and wood burning stoves the softwood kiln dried logs deliver an intense output of heat with minimal coaling properties. If you want a timber fuel that gives a massive output of heat to the immediate area then kiln dried softwood logs are for you. These logs are best used during daytime burning hours as oppossed to overnight burning because they have minimal coaling properties, meaning they leave a very light ash which is easy to clean, but hard to rekindle the next morning. Ideal if you have a back boiler heating system in place, their high heat output will effectively heat a boiler in no time.
