  Recently purchased the Baxi Top and bottom brick from Grahams. The products are as expected however the service from Grahams was excellent. Order progress, tracking and packaging were truly first class. The product is easily damaged if mishandled but Grahams had packaged it up so well that it took me 5 minutes to get into it. Very impressed with this service and all this with very competitive pricing, well done.
