  BS 250 Compact Bandsaw 240 Volt | Record Power

  
  Hailed as the smallest and most compact bandsaw in the record power range the BS250 compact bandsaw is designed to offer users with limited workshop space or budgets a mid range alternative to lightweight bandsaws used by hobbyists with no compromise to capacity or performance.

  Not to be confused as a lightweight hobbyists machines at similar prices the BS250 integrates the same build qualities as its larger counterparts featuring a strong steel frame for enhanced durability and providing a resilience against rusting and corrosion. Dynamic balanced bandwheels improve accuracy while a powerful 1/2hp induction motor drives efficient cutting performance. A low friction solid cast iron table features at the heart of the machine and encompasses a robust fence with cam lock for ease of use and allows for simple clamp tension adjustments. Easy setting blade guides coupled with a large 120mm depth cut and 240mm throat cut ensure the compact BS250 bandsaw is capable of cutting in high level applications for professionals. Additional features include a strong tensioning system, a tilting trunnion with angle ranges 0-45º provide you with an in depth range of cutting angles and an easy read calibrated scale and lifetime sealed bearings meaning little to no maintenance of the bandsaw during its working lifespan. Can be used in conjunction with optional stand and wheelkit for maximum portability around the workshop. Compatible with 240 Volt UK mains. Supplied with an approved cable and plug.
  
  You can also opt to add the BS250AW Rolling Legstand which gives you a stable base when the wheels are retracted, but an easy way to move the bandsaw around the workshop when they're deployed.

  First bandsaw I ever used but can say it's a quality machine and very pleased with purchase. Ray graham's was excellent to deal with and very fast delivery. Bought online on Tuesday night and arrived on Friday and would of got it on Thursday but it was st Patrick's day and I live in galway. Will deal again with ray graham's again no problems at all

  Product:  Record Power BS250 Compact Bandsaw 230V

  I have been using this bandsaw in my workshop for close to a year. I have been 100% happy with the build quality and operation. Take the time to setup the machine properly (instructions included) and you will be making consistently square cuts in no time.
  
  The included fence is very good, as is the push stick. The mitre gauge is basic, but serviceable.
  
  This is a great option for the small workshop.
  
  Service from Ray Grahams was excellent as usual.
