Here at Ray Grahams Ltd we have been supplying builders and DIY enthusiasts from across Northern Ireland since 1970. Uncle Ray started off by selling small quantities of timber, paint and hardware in premises about the size of a small office. Our Father joined the business shortly after Ray opened the store and they built it up to be one of the countries leading independent retailers of all products relating to the building and DIY industry.
Over the last 40 years we have moved premises on several occasions (always staying on the Donaghadee Road) so that the business can grow. In 2006 we moved to our latest superstore which was purpose built to suit our customers. We needed to build this superstore to give our customers an easier and more pleasant shopping experience.
In 2008 we decided to dip our toes into online retail with the same attitude as we run our store with and it has proven to be a success as we are now one of the leading online retailers in our market, supplying all over the world.
When we decided to start a website and sell our products online we lay down an important rule:
"Treat our online customers as we would if they were standing at our shop's counter."
This means by shopping on our website you will receive the top level of personal service exactly the same as you would if you were standing at our shop counter.
As we decided to expand and grow by opening our superstore, we have now done the same online. It is 2012, four years from when we started online retailing and we now have this impressive b-spoke website tailored to suit you!
