Everbuild 310ml Black Roof & Gutter Sealant
This Everbuild Roof & Gutter Sealant is bitumen based mastic that provides a complete seal between any types of roofing materials. It combines a polymer additive to enhance adhesion and can be applied in almost any weather conditions including sever rain. The semi-drying sealant stays elasticated permanently beneath the surface while the high solids formulation provides excellent gap filling without any shrinking.
Ideal for filling and sealing cracks or gaps in most situations, it will bond to masonry, concrete, felt or lead and can be used for bedding flashing, tiles or slates.
