The DeWALT DCF897 is the latest addition to the XR range of high torque impact wreches. It features a 3 speed select switch to give you greater control
of the brushless motor dependant on application. This cordless impact wrench targets many users and applications such as railway maintenance, iron workers, wind turbine manufacturers and steel structure installation.
The power tool could be described as a joy to use, due to it being lightweight at only 2.6kg (without the battery), having an ergonomic grip and being successfully drop tested from 6". The 3/4" cold forged anvil with hog ring allows fast and frequent changing of sockets while providing a more secure and durable hold than the traditional pin detent.
Usable in tight badly lit spaces due to being compact at only 226mm and having a 14 lumen LED, but still providing high torque at 950Nm and a break away of 1627Nm, this is a fantastic all round option if you need something portable.
