    Square Lok Countersunk Screw Bright Zinc Plated 10 x 1 Inch


    The square lok screws have a countersunk head that give a flush finish and are suitable for use with many materials. The square lok head enables the driver to lock into the screwhead so that you can wave it about and the screw will not fall off. The screws have a bright zinc plated finish for increased durability and corrosion resistance.

      Phillips/Posi always manage to cam out. Why do you think some merchants have goldfish bowls full of Posi bits on the counter? The original Phillips was DESIGNED to cam-out (to avoid being driven too hard into thin metal). The Posi only partly remedies that. Even slotted heads are less likely to cam out.
      Square-Lok, or Robinson (after its Canadian inventor) head as it's is more correctly known has a very shallow taper and NEVER cams out. Most builders think Robertson head are only for plumbers - not correct. The main drawback is lack of variety. Torx is as good but is a little more fragile, and also suffers from lack of variety.
