Easy to use website and ordering procedure. Delivery was fast and the item as described. Difficult to see how the service could be improved though I suggest some of the product measurements should be checked.

This two-part grate was a replacement from the one that lasted 10 years. It had become distorted with use but had given good service. This new replacement is excellent - a perfect fit, sturdy and superbly made. Service from Ray Graham was brilliant - it was much cheaper than other places on the Internet, postage was free, and it arrived the day after I ordered it.

Delivery was very quick and although our Baxi fire is 50 years old the new fire grate (which has a slightly different design for the legs compared with the original), fitted perfectly. Competitive price and excellent service.

But... just exacltly which dimension is 18inches on this grate (for it to be its description)?
Ray Grahams - The 18" refers to the size of the fire itself, not the measurements of the grate.

Quality: very good, the grate will obviously last for years as did its predecessor.
Service: excellent, the heavy, unwieldy two pieces were well packed and arrived surprisingly quickly; 2 days.
Some retailers I have dealt with could take a leaf from this chap's book.
