Our standard delivery charge does not cover the Channel Islands, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Highlands and Islands. We can deliver to these locations but it will incur an extra cost.
For delivery of products to customers with mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man addresses:-
Orders over £100 and under 30 Kg is FREE.
Under £100 and under 30 Kg= £6.99.

Some of our products will be highlighted in product description N.I ONLY. These products will be delivered by our own vehicles and will have delivery in the price anywhere in Northern Ireland.
Some products will he highlighted INSTORE. These products cannot be ordered online. Please feel free to phone, email or fax and we will be happy to give a price on the product and delivery.
All packages must be signed for upon delivery and will not be delivered if not signed for. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for delivery from receipt of your dispatch email. If you have received the goods and decide that you wish to receive a refund then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk.
Any orders that we receive after 1pm during the day will not be processed until the next business day.
Returns Policies
Explanation of some of the terms used:Consumer means any person who, in buying something to which the DSRs apply, is acting for purposes that are outside their business.
Durable medium is not defined in the DSRs. Our view is that it means a form in which information can be retained and reproduced but cannot be edited, such as an email that can be printed or a letter. Technological advances may change what we regard as durable in the future.
Supplier means any person who is acting in a commercial or professional capacity.
Working days means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Return of unwanted goods
If the consumer is to cancel any goods we (the supplier) require written confirmation via a durable medium seven working days after the day on which they received the goods. Cancellation rights will end after this day.
A phone call is not considered acceptable for cancellations and we will not accept any cancellations by phone call.
The effective date of cancellation is the date the consumer gives notice by durable medium to us (the supplier).
Cancellation of goods made or ordered to the consumer’s own specification cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Consumers are under statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
Any additional services specifically requested by the consumer such as express delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded from when we (the supplier) begin to carry out the additional service(s).
Any free items or free gifts advertised and received by the consumer must be returned in addition to any orders cancelled and returned.
The consumer must return the goods to us (the supplier) if they cancel the contract under the DSR’s (Distance Selling Regulations). Any cancelled goods must be returned to us (the supplier) at the cost of the consumer. If goods are returned at our (the suppliers) expensive we will charge the consumer the direct cost of the return.
We request that the consumer returns all goods with the original packaging.
The consumer must take reasonable care that we (the supplier) receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit
We request that the consumer returns cancelled goods to us (the supplier) within 7 working days of our receipt of cancellation.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and within 30 days of cancellation.
Damaged Goods
We (the supplier) recommend that all goods be inspected on receipt and where possible refused if there is noticeable damage.
We (the supplier) require written confirmation via a durable medium seven working days after the day on which they received the goods.
