I agree with short usage time and fairly long re-charge, but that is down to B & D design and not supplier. Good job there were two batteries !!!
Again, not the suppliers fault, but we wasted a day and half waiting in for the delivery promised and texted by DPD the delivery firm. Thanks Ray Graham for excellent service - will use you again when necessary.

Ordered bunker from Ray Grahams thinking it would take a few days for delivery it arrived a day later a bit to quick well done .I opened up the package and then i opened up the package again , bunker had no chance of getting damaged well done , I laid out the sections got the screws and began to assemble the bunker a half hour later it was assembled and ready for work it was so easy i did not bother with the instructions not bad for someone who can just about change a light bulb . I can highly recommend both Ray Grahams for a fast and efficient service and a bunker solid and sturdy fit for purpose !

Just about to purchase another one of these bottles have already purchased on of them was delighted with it but for some reason it is not getting as hot as it used to but that may be down to leaving it laying around while work was done on the house and got neglected so i am now going to order another one to replace it as i badly need head in my right hand as i have major problems with cold and nerves that require heat so this bottle was great for it and am delighted to find it again.It is one of the best products i have had in a long time if taken care of i think you will not go wrong buying one for yourself.

Trawled the internet to obtain this type of bracket at a reasonable price. Very few UK suppliers and most are very expensive for such an item. Otherwise they seem to be imported from USA or China!
You would think an item like this would be readily available in thee UK.

Price and service from R.G. excellent, and strimmer is effective for purpose bought ie. strimming lighltly over allotment paths before finishing with hand mower. First uses reveal short battery charge life, 20 mins max, admittedly on thick and coarse grass. I am hoping this will improve after several charges. Two batteries are essential and this deal was excellent in providing a second free. I gather if you have to buy anotherm separately it would cost nearly half the price of a new machine.

I bought this to replace an older C12D screwdriver that I carry around in my bag for general purpose work. WOW, this thing rocks, the torque is amazing, blows some 18v kit out of the water! The addition of 2 speeds over the older version is brilliant, makes the tool much more flexible. Ergonimically, its very comfortable to hold, and now has a hanging clip, very useful. Also being Milwaukee, its got a great warranty, and will last for many years. Overall a brilliant bit of kit, well recommended

Recently purchased the Baxi Top and bottom brick from Grahams. The products are as expected however the service from Grahams was excellent. Order progress, tracking and packaging were truly first class. The product is easily damaged if mishandled but Grahams had packaged it up so well that it took me 5 minutes to get into it. I ordered these bricks to replace existing ones and they are perfect for the job. Made of file brick material they slot nicely by the side of the existing back bricks making the 'fire' area smaller and subsequently I use less coal. Nicely made and exactly as described.

This is a sturdy little coal bunker. Even the coal delivery man commented on it! It took 3 bags easy and could have taken 4 at a pinch. Delivered promptly - it serves my purpose perfectly.

we have had a watchman since 2003 when the new oil tank was fitted the previous battery has just run out, So we had to decide weather to buy a new cooper tube at £30+ or the new watchman which uses a flat battery. So glad we chose the new one it was very easy to change and Grahams service could not have been better. Thank you

After having major surgery, I needed to use heat treatment as a pain relief, I was however told not to lift a full kettle. For a few days we used a traditional hot water bottle. Then we found this electric hot water bottle. It has been amazing. It heats up in around 15 mins, It stays warm for around 7 hours. Even when it goes cold the bottle isn't cold to touch like a traditional hot water bottle, making it great at night no rolling over on to an ice cold water bottle in the middle of the night. Would recommend to anyone. The only negative comment is it is a little on the heavy side.

Excellent quality product. Truly Stainless Steel throughout and either highly polished or chrome plated to give a nice easily cleanable surface. They are slightly more expensive than "Chrome Plated" ones, but are 10 times the quality. They came with everything needed except the screws to fix the hinges to the seat (fortunately I had some suitable stainless screws in my shed). It is also adjustable and allows my seat to stay up when required, unlike previous hinges I have bought.

The grate arrived very quickly and was a perfect fit. The quality seems very good with a smooth cast finish with no obvious porosity that is evident in other aftermarket grates.

Great wee drill, this is my second and only bought this kit because one of my Li-ion batteries died. Really compact and powerful as driver, as a drill it lacks speed but mainly I use it as driver. This drill and accessory pack is great value, same price I paid 2 years ago.

My old mum has used wheat bags, which are heated in a microwave oven, for some time to ease her aches and pains. Somehow she overheated one which produced clouds of white smoke, the fire brigade to attend and the need to replace the microwave because we couldn't get rid of the smell of smoke. Fortunately she survived - this time. There wasn't going to be a second time as the electric water bottle from Ray Grahams was delivered pronto and works a treat. Thank you. It can't overheat, is fully sealed, easy to use and stays pleasantly warm for hours. Mum's comfortable and I can sleep again at night.

Paid £209.99, price went up a couple of days later to £249.98 so a very good buy for what you get as it's complete with stand and led light. The instruction book is not very good,there is no mention at all of changing the speed setting which involves loosening the motor bolt (with the supplied spanner) and putting the belt on the other pulleys.It all went together ok as I took my time and checked as I went. The bottom wheel cover door catch was broken off in the box so I rang SIP and they posted me one.
I have not used the supplied blade as I ordered a TUFF saws blade which is of a much higher quality. This cuts really well.
All in all for a 150mm cut bandsaw for the home workshop I would recommend it as a good buy and value for money.

Cannot fault the company efficient delivery and everything correct. The shelves are exactly what I needed, they do need painting really, a couple of the individual shelves (I bought multiple packs) you could see a weakness/ line where they could split but I managed to construct without breaking them and once together they are strong. They will be forming a staircase for my cats, perfect!

the oil watchman is great I should have got this years ago, easy to install and set up. all you have to look at is the bar graph plug in the house. I told my dad and he's telling other people, he thinks it great to.

Have use the machine intensively for a month and am delighted. Good capacity, strong and consistent vacuum, no hint of dust. Emptying and cleaning simple. I agree with the two slight issues re cord tidy and length of hose end. There was a small manufacturing fault in my particular item but this was sorted efficiently and courteously by Ray Grahams so I will settle for an excellent overall score.
Will use Ray Graham again.

Not really much to say, these fit right into the DeWalt DCN690 cordless nailer and if wacks them straight in, no messing about. I've used quite a lot and none have jammed, bent or not nailed. Easier than hammering for hours!

Was looking for a replacement sliding mitre saw after breaking my own saw.
After scouring the net for one I found a somewhat "local" dealer was doing items at prices that others couldn't compete with. I bought a Bosch GCM10S and some 35mm staples for a bostich staple gun.
The bosch lives up to the reputation it deserves, a good solid build, heavy and stable, with ample power to do any job you can throw at it, the only fault I can see is that it does not clear enough sawdust from the kerf to the suction vent, throwing it to the rear to collect up. But that is a fault with most mitre saws

A really nice spec bandsaw for a good value price.
The wheels are rubber lined for smooth running, cast iron table and a good max cutting height. It's also well built.
It took about 2 hours to unpack, setup and tune up to get it cutting nicely with the supplied saw blade. The instructions supplied aren't the best and no information on how to put together the stand but its pretty simple to figure out.
The packaging was a little battered when it arrived but luckily everything was undamaged with the exception of a small plastic safety cover for the on/off switch (a bit of super glue sorted that). I would recommend this to anyone looking for an entry level saw for their home workshop or light professional use.

This item was a great price, and delivered very quickly. It is a very useful item, especially when it gets more difficult to carry things around.
The only thing I can say that was difficult about it, was fitting the axle in. The axle bar is so much wider that the holes that it is to go into, that I had great difficulty pushing it in, but I finally managed it thank goodness!
